Sick and tired of Cell C being useless

You guys are useless..... My mothers husband died more than a year ago. She has been tying to cancel the account since then. Nothing happens... The branch says they cant help. We phone head office...no help. Nothing.... Debit orders goes off and off and off from a old lady with a goverment pension.... No husband and no way of paying this. All his death documents was given in at a Cell c store in Klerksdorp but they just say nothing can be done from the branch and that she needs to phone head office. Why do I need to phone head office when I took out my contract from the branch. They took my business when I wanted a contract but cant cancel. They keep on taking money but they confirmed my account was cancelled
