SICK AND TIRED OF CELL C BEING ***********

*** (14/08/2025) Huawei Repair Centre Tygervalley Ref: WPCAP *** (25/09/2025) Kenilworth Cell C - Job card Ref: WPCAP 491122 (09/10/2025) Kenilworth Cell C - Job card

And we are back with the same complaint for the top awarding, most useless company CELL C !!! I received a call advising that my cellphone was at the store, ready for collection. (This handset has been with Cell C's repair centre since the 9th of October 2025). The Initial problem with the handset was that the picture is pixelated, when scrolling making it unable to utilize the handset. We received a quote for +-R1900 for cosmetic damage with no mention of repairing the pixelated screen, there was no physical damage to this handset. as it was never used by us for more than a few days at a time. When we arrived at the Kenilworth branch today (03/12/2025), we noticed a huge chip on the side of the body of the phone. This handset was not sent away in these conditions, unfortunately we will not be accepting this Cellphone as the repair centre damaged this cellphone.

Bear in mind:

- We have been running up and down to Cell C since August, which is totally unacceptable. and costly

- Where are the client service / Empathy and the CUSTOMER PROTECTION ACT in this situation?

- We have been paying for a full contract since August, yet we only have a sim card that we are utilising.

- When the cellphone was sent away the first time, the only problem it had was the pixelated screen when using the cellphone, now after being at the repair centre for the third time we as the client is being billed for impact damage, broken cameras and scratches and the latest, a chip on the side of the body of the cell phone.

- Why is it so difficult to replace the cell phone, after the first 10 days of having this Cellphone and experiencing the pixelated fault, Cell C was made aware of the "out of box failure", yet we were sent from pillar to post.

- In all honesty I feel that Cell C is prolonging this process so that we cannot return or claim for this cellphone after having it for 6 months, however this specific cellphone has not even been in our possession for 1 month, despite the contract being taken out at the end July. At this point the device should be replaced and compensation made available for the wasted time of being without device.

I am reiterating that I DO NOT WANT THIS CELLPHONE, this cellphone has been to your repair centre on numerous occasions, which means at the end of the day my " brand new cellphone" will have various parts from different cellphones!!!!! This is unacceptable as I was given an out of box failure cellphone since day 1.

NB: The above case was registered at the NCC, as I am sick and tired of Cell C and the games that they are playing. I am not sure how many times more I should send away this brand-new cellphone to get this thing sorted as it gets returned with new problems every time, and to top it all, Cell C's Call centre agents are a bunch of *********** fools, who can't get facts straight or are not up to date with the case, and feels if they thumb suck anything to the client, the client will believe they **** that they uttering.

Please sort this out TODAY STILL AND PROVIDE US WITH A NEW DEVICE. ALL WE GETTING ARE UNREALISTIC EMPTY PROMISES SINCE AUGUST WHICH IS PATHETIC.
