Sick and tired of Cell C

Yet again, Cell C can't get their own job right. Renewed contract, package is 100 free minutes & 500MB data - totalling R559 monthly. Promotion at the time - 3G FREE data for 3 months. This month I get billed R403 for 3G data?? They calculated 100% discount on R403 as R169?? Honestly. Reference ***. Been told this morning that I will need to pay the full account at month end and when Cell C can sort the ******* out, (whenever that will be, who knows), they will then credit my account. I am telling you know, this is my story every year this time - Cell C & Hello Peter. If this incorrect debit order goes off my bank account at the end of this month, I will take this matter where you have no idea. This account better be corrected before the debit order goes off. I am NOT paying for your incompetence. GET THIS RIGHT CELL C.
