Sick and tired of Cell C

I opened an insurance for 2 of my phones last year June and I have never claimed for it. This year just last month my screen phone cracked and took it for repairs to cell C and to claim from my insurance, since 27 August 2019 they have been giving me the run around of the contract to get and tax invoice and how much i have been paying, spoke with cell C sales to give me a contact for both phones and tax invoice so i can again email it to them.. From Cell C insurance dept I have spoken to Katlego and Qiniso Nkabinde. Now the claim comes back as rejected when I call to find out and spoke to Mtshebo I was told the phone has been with them for too long. I asked her to terminate the insurance with immediate effect and no debits there after beause it is no use to me and I was told they still have to debit.. My phone was sent back today and not fixed by an insurance I took with Cell C over a year ago. I have been paying for nothing and when I ask them to remove both phones from this ****ed up insurance they now telling me they cannot find anything for the other phone I have also been paying for so they cannot remove it until I submit another contract that I have been paying for the phone
