Sick and tired of being in the dark unecceptable

Hi have a samsung S4 wich has only been in my possession for about 2 months, the rest of the time it has been in for repairs, when i took the contract there was said that you get 3 accidental damages on the phone<br> and that is why i took the specific contract . within the first moth i had to send it back for software after waiting for weeks i received it back witch the same problems still , unfortunately i had a horse riding accident where i damaged the phone with a cracked screen so had to send it back , after a month received the phone fixed but only to find out that the phone was not fixed yes something wrong with power ic battery would only last for 6 hours without using the phone, so guess what its back in for repair after another 3 weeks i found out that apparently they contacted me ,so that i could send in my battery for tests it is another week later and with numerous of calls to the repair centre the only answer that i get is that they are busy escalating the matter , i spoke to a lady by the name Chanell at repair centre and told her that i am not happy with the phone and that i am paying for something that i don't have and if this continue i would like to cancel my contra
