Sh***ty F***ken Response

In November 2015 I opened a account with Cell C, after a few months after losing my job (early 2016) and I asked the branch manager how much I owe them as my Boyfriend was going to pay the settlement balance on my behalf to which the guy responded that my account is settled and I owe them nothing, the account is settled and closed. Today, 15/02/2018 I was told that I all of a sudden owe them over R1800 which is in arrears for 5 months??? The only response I have received is that I owe this to their legal department but I was never notified of being handed over or notified about any payment that needed to be made !! This is extremely unacceptable that 2 years after telling me that the account has been settled and closed to now being handed over to the legal department?

This is f*****cked up!
