Should not have ported from Vodacom & MTN to CellC
I have ported from Vodacom (Prepaid) to Cell C in July last year and then even added another contract for my husband who have ported from MTN (Prepaid) to Cell C. I honestly do not understand for what I am paying almost R4000 a month for as the signal is up to S**** with barely any signal at any point of location anywhere, calls dropping mid sentence, making calls tend to be a hassle with having to dial a number about 3 or 4 times before the call eventually connects. I would have rather stayed on Prepaid with MTN and Vodacom respectively and pay the same amount but at least have signal and being able to be connected at all times. At this stage both me and my husband are frustrated with the lack of connection we have and makes us ask what the hell we then actually pay for? the handsets? If that's the case I would rather have a old school Cheepie nokia with snakes on it and be connected than having the latest technology and not being able to use it. We have phoned and been to different branches on numerous occasion requesting answers but all we get is \We are working on it"- how long will you be working on it while we pay for no signal?? BELIEVE ....yes no signal believe it"""

We apologize for the poor network signal you have been experiencing. We have requested one of the consultants in the escalations team to liaise with our network team and advise on a way forward. Do expect communication.
