Should I really change to CellC - very bad service

Very upset with Cell C - I app**** for a new package as a new customer i.e. porting (prev with another service provider). Was told i can expect delivery within 3 - 7 days however no delivery made. I phoned to follow up only to be told they are waiting for documents from me and did nobody tell me this? NO!!!! I think I've done the wrong thing going to Cell C - should I even accept the package when if finally arrives???
