SHOULD I PUT BILLBOARD \USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER'"
This is brief interactions with Cell C Customer Service:<br> Phoned them on 6 Aug - spoke to Nomvula [13h02] then Manele [14h08] - requested move of line to prepaid - advised it will take effect 5 Sep. On 26 Aug [10h42] spoke to Nadia who reconfirmed this and advised that I should buy prepaid airtime. On 6 Sep husband could not use phone - came up with error \cell not provisioned : 2". Called them immediately & spoke to Mulatelo - she logged incident and gave me ref no & advised it would take 48 hrs. Called again on 8 Sep [11h23] spoke to Melanie who advised wrong case was escalated - asked for team leader - spoke to Kgomotso - related story - said she would get back to me. Called again on 10 Sep [08h47] spoke to Matsedisho & I asked for Kgomotso who was in a meeting. Was put through to Liaan who said it would come back to me in 2 hours. Called again at 14h24 as I heard nothing - Liaan apologised and said his manager Nhlanhla had escalated this to client Cell C to get line reactived & that someone would come back to me by 16h00. Fri 11 Sep [11h56] - have still not heard from them. Only person left for me to speak to is Jose Dos Santos but I don't think that would make a difference."""
