shop is too hot to handle

I walked into the cellc sasolburg store to open up a new line contract. <br> <br> Upon entering you could feel the heat in the store....<br> <br> I asked the people behind the counter why is the shop so hot..they said the aircon isn't working for the pass 2 or 3 weeks.....<br> <br> As there was other customers infront of me I had to wait...but I couldn't take the heat in the store any more and left....<br> <br> Please guys it's Dec and it's very hot please sort out the air conditioning...
