Shoking service

Its been obver a week since I phoned to book my device in for repairs and still no one from your company has sent someone to come and collect the device, Every time I phone in to get an update your consultants tell me that there is no reason why it is taking so long.

Then your consultank tells me that he will send a email to remind them to collect my device, this is not how a business is supposed to be run, you dont need to remind someone to do their work.

You guys expect your clients to pay their contracts on time and dont hesitate to switch us off when we dont pay but when the roles are reversed and Cell C needs to do something we have to wait and wait and wait.

This is not the first time, the last time you guys had my device it took you over a month and a half to send it back.

This is unacceptable, I depend on my device as it is my source of income, every min I sit without my phone I lose business, bur when the end of the month comes you expect to be paid.
