Shoddy useless service

I swear the people who work for cell c are either village idiots brain dead or have brains the size of a peanut. Just about every month there is a problem with my sons acccount which he took out for us years ago. for two months now they keep telling us the account is overdue . This month of January for some ungodly reason these idiots even though the funds were in the bank never took it. When my son queried it the told him even though the account is due by the 15th that it will come off on the next batch being the end of the month. Hello the idiots send me a message yesterday 2022.01.29 again saying the account is overdue. Holy **** what more must be done to get it into their thick heads. Then they wonder why we are going tp close this two acconts he has with them come April. I have never in my entire life and I am 72 years old dealt with a more ridiculous company than cell c. Cant wait for April to finally have nothing more to do with them
