Shoddy service at Cell C

on the 28th of September I received an unsolicited call from a Cell C agent. He offered me a double deal - 2 Galaxy A32 handsets on a Pinnacle 2 package for R399/m over 24 months. Since it suited my needs, I accepted. The handsets never arrived. I have queried by phone and email and received a case number as well as an email asking how satisfied I was with the resolution of my query. What resolution since no one got back to me? Today I was told that the reason the handsets were never delivered is that the deal is no longer available. Why, in a full moth, was I not informed about this development? In addition I was offered the next best equivalent deal for an additional R200/m. I think, that after my loyal patronage for more than 20 years, Cell C can kiss this customer good bye!
