Shoddy Service At Cell C.

I Lost my phone on Sunday the 1 st of November.I reported the matter to cell c the Glen and was told that it takes 2 days to get an ITC ref number.I have been waiting for four days!!!I need to make an insurance claim promptly and besides I need a phone.I need to be treated like a valued customer not beggar.I have been phoning the call center for the past three days and been told to wait for an sms with an ITC number and am still waiting.My reference number Is ***.My IMEI number is ***.And like I said.I reported the case on Sunday the 1 st.
