Shoddy service

<p>On 1 June i complained to Cell C (Legogang) about a R325 for a wifi routerand R229 for a phone debit on my account. I was only aware of R328 charge that is supposed to go through for both gadgets and amounts on for both were capped. i explained that when the deal was done mid March i was only interested in the router but i was advised that a phone would come with the deal. I was happy with the deal then. I was told the recording on the deal would be played and Cell C would get back to me in 48 Hours, and given ref ********** ********** 99. I phoned again on 14 of June and Palesa assured me Cell would call me back in 48 hours. I asked her to put a cap on the router and phone so that i do not get charged in excess of amounts agreed to when the deal was done. Phoned again on 23 June Nomonde told me the same story. Another debit has gone through my account again today for both amounts and no word from Cell C four weeks later. Disappointing...</p>
