Shockingly Poor Customer Service - Avoid Cell C!
It has been yet another 4 days since I've received any reply from Cell C's so-called "Written Correspondence Department" regarding my billing issue. I have sent SEVERAL emails clearly outlining the problem, but they still cannot provide any of the information I requested. It’s absolutely shocking that I have to resort to social media and approach the ombudsman just to get some clarity.
It has become very clear that Cell C has no idea what being a "customer-centric focused company" means, despite their claims. The way they conduct business seems underhanded and *********. My only hope for a resolution now lies with the ombudsman. What a sad state of affairs. Avoid Cell C at all costs!
