Shockingly high increases
<p>Without any notice Cell C have quietly sneaked in a data increase! from R19 for 100mb to R25. THIS IS OVER 31%!! I'd love to hear how they justify this - to all that read this - check out the new Telkom offering, it ****s Cell C and all others. This is where I'm going tomorrow.</p>

22 Jul 2016, 11:28Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
Cell C made an effort to notify customers of the price changes via SMS, pop up messages on data devices, monthly invoices and on the Cell C website.

22 Jul 2016, 12:07What an apalling response, smacks with arogance, so typical. And I have checked with 10 (so far) other Cell C customers, none of which received any notification.
Can I please have the justification for a 31% + increase.
