Shockingly bad service.from cell c online.

Cell C online is the worst online service in the country. Ordered 2 cellphones 3weeks ago and are still waiting. Not Acceptable. I want the order canceled immediately. When phoning to enquire where the phones are get no response and have the phone hung up in my ear. I REPEAT I WANT THIS ORDER CANCELED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT

Can you believe it Cell C still has not cancelled my outstanding order for two cellphones despite two requests. Where is the client service what do they not understand that I will not except the order under any circumstances. IT IS
CANCELLED.
