Shocking you say you cant reach me

So I came onto hello peter last week because I was upset today I am beyond the point of anger and outrage. your response to me is that you cannot reach me, well maybe it is because I never have network when I should, however I don't think you have tried. I am even more outraged after I again filled airtime yesterday afternoon, of R150, which was loaded at 4:45, I checked facebook for less than 5 minutes, logged off and exited the internet, chatted a bit on whatsapp and then left my phone for the next 3-4 hours as I was at a spa. when I picked up my phone again around 10pm, I find I have no airtime, now there are no excuses, I was not on the internet, I do not have facebook or instagram on my phone so there are no updates, I made no phone calls, so where did that airtime go to? I would really like this to be investigated as I hate wasting money, but I also hate wasting my time, and I need that airtime. I have no words....
