Shocking upgrade with Cell C

I had the worst experience with Cell C.. I would really appropriate it if the manger or the big boss can call me .. my story follows 2 years ago I took out a contract and it was the s4 asking the sales consultant if there any new samsung range coming out he said no . One month later **** the new range came out I went back to him and he didn't work there anymore I complain and all they can say sorry u took the contract out . So this year was my upgrade I went to tygervalley store to get up upgrade I asked for the s9 they said no news on release of the phone as the lady sales person she did her best phoning around and find out for me .. and she said no news about the s9 and 1 month later **** the s9 is out and now I'm angry cause same thing happen to me 2 years ago so now I got a contract for 2 years not top of the range phone .. shocking I had this phone for a month still brand new and i cant exchange it .. for the s9 my contact number is ********** 898 call me Cell C big boss I'm waiting
