SHOCKING TREATMENT
Been customer for 10+ years. Upgraded contracts. 1 for my disabled son, who recently had brain surgery for epilepsy, has cerebral palsy with left hemiplegia. Handset stopped charging in 5 mths. Handset replaced with refurbished 1 approx 1 mth later! 2 mnths later it too stopped charging. Off to CellC 22 Sept '15 and on 10 Oct went to collect. Queen returned with handset saying \not repaired as you damaged it". Shocked"
