Shocking silence from Cell C
Cell C... This is the fourth message regarding my cell phone number that was ported **********ly. After every message I send you ask me what is the number in question and that is where the communication stops. Please, I need some action on this in order for me to have my number back. Show your customers that you care about them.

07 Feb 2020, 07:15Good Morning Marius
Thank you for contacting PST, the number has been reversed back to Cell C.
You need a new unregistered Cell C SIM card. We will need your old Cell C SIM card for activation to be done.

Would you only need the SIM number? I don't have the phone with me now as it means nothing to me at the moment. I would need to do this when I am home this afternoon or over the weekend.

07 Feb 2020, 09:03You are required to have both SIM cards in hand when the Porting Department contacts you to assist. Please remember the new SIM card must not be RICA registered.
