Shocking Signal

I have had a contract with Cell C for almost 13 years. Despite no long-services acknowledgement, the signal I experience with Cell C is absolutely shocking. The area in which I live allows me to sit on \No Service"thanks to no signal from Cell C. This poses a security risk as if there is any emergency I am completely unable to call or receive calls. In the past we have had break ins and I have been unable to make calls to our security provider. My area is not the only area that Cell C is unable to provide any signal let alone that of quality. Often I am unable to make or receive calls and have succumbed to calling people over WhatsApp utilizing my wireless connection. We have complained over the months as well as fellow neighbours for Cell C to install a tower in our area but to no avail. Despite being with Cell C for the number of years we have been with them"
