Shocking service trying to cancel contract of deceased

I requested a contact to be cancelled of my deceased partner that I have been paying. When contacting Cell C I get told I cannot cancel it as the contract is not in my name (even though I am the person paying it) and I am given an email address to mail the required information to. I have sent 5 emails already requesting for this contract to be cancelled. No one responds to the mails. I have been a client of Cell C for the past 17 years but will MOST DEFINITELY not recommend them to anyone.
