Shocking service - totally useless!

In January my sons phone was ****** at school. I blacklisted it - however it was found a few days later on another child. I filled in the unblacklist form and sent it thru. The phone worked fine! In February the phone just stopped working so we took it in. We were told that it was because it had a cracked screen which was fixed. Had to hand the phone back a day later as it STILL didn't work! WEEKS later I phoned to find out what was happening just to be told it was sent to ***** as it was ******. I had to prove I didn't ***** my own phone and RESEND an unblacklist form. I have been sending facebook messages just to be phoned by the lady threatening me to stop posting on facebook as it looks like she isn't working. I was then told I would receive 3 months free usage but was billed again end of this month. I still don't have a phone, no one seems to know what's happening and frankly I want more than 3 months free for what I have been thru. It has been almost 4 months without a phone now due to Cell C's uncompetence!!!!!
