SHOCKING service, rude, ***********

First I got harassed until I eventually relented and upgraded. Then the consultant who went through the process with me quoted me on a 36 month contract. Phone me later to amend to a 24 month contract at a higher installment. Fine. I gave him my new delivery address. He didn't upload it, and my new device was delivered to an old address. Called them 4 times to try resolve, sent 2 emails. Still waiting for a reply. Call centre staff are just as rude and ***********. I regret the day I ever moved to Cell C. Shocking to say the least. (And here I sit, frustrated, still trying to get my new phone)...
