Shocking service, no response to problems

<p>Still waiting a week later for a resolution or call back on reference SD583960 - was told someone will contact me in 48hrs last week</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I called and the lady said she has spoken to her manager and someone will get back to me - it takes a while</p> <p> </p> <p>Reallly???!!!! Me not being able to get my invoices online or on the app cannot be resolved in a reasonable time?!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Shocking service</p>
