SHOCKING SERVICE - I WAS WARNED

Good day, on the 19 October, I filled in an online order form for a mobile wifi unit and was almost immediately contacted by the call centre to get my details and approve the contract. I was assured that delivery would take place in 5 to 7 working days. By Friday 30th I had still not recieved anything, not a phone call, not a message or email even confirming my order never mind an explanation on why no delivery. I called the Careline and was assisted by a helpful gent, Thebogo who advised that unfortunately they had no stock but that stock would be arriving over the weekend and dispatched. It is now another 3 working days later and still no contact or delivery. Please take this as written confirmation that I DO NOT WANT THE UNIT ANY LONGER! Please cancel this immediately, I would rather take my business elsewhere as I was warned that Cell C service is shocking. If this is how it begins before I even get what I was approved for then I'd hate to know where it will lead. ***
