SHOCKING SERVICE FROM CELLC - WANTING MONEY THAT IS NOT DUE TO THEM

My house lady had a 2 year data contract with Cell C, which expired on 2 June 2018, she canceled the contact telephonically when Cell C phoned to ask if she wanted to renew, needless to say this was not done, we contacted them several times and went to Cell C at The Glen shopping center twice to get the contract cancelled, which they failed to sort out. All telephone numbers dialed from my Telekom landline are recorded, so we have proof. They have now handed her over to lawyers, one thing Cell C can be sure of they are not getting one cent, she even had to change her bank account SHOCKING SERVICE ??????
