Shocking service from cell C regarding a deceased client!

Shocked at the pathetic service received from Cell c telecommunication. My father passed away in September 2017. he was a business man, and the business is still in operation. due to our family being distraught after losing my dad, we were unaware he had a Small contract of R79 which was going off his account, his account was however frozen. therefore we were unaware of this account not being up to date. furthermore, we then reached out to cell c at the end of 2017/beginning of 2018 at a cell c store, and was advised that the number was permanently deactivated. with numerous attempts, false hope and unresponded emails. we have not received any help from cell c to reactivate the number - for which we will settle any arrears on the sim card / number. i have visited many stores around KZN only to see how lazy their staff is, with no ambition to work or put in any effort. i have even gone to the extent of taking a new contract trying to get the number back. As we run a business and my dad's cell number being our primary mobile number, this has caused loss of business and a lot of strain. The number is one which we cannot lose and i would appreciate if cell c could assist for once, in us retaining my dads number.
