Shocking service from Cell C East Rand Mall branch

Cell C advertised a 'today only Windows Lumina contract special', At 40 weeks pregnant I went to sign up, specifically for this deal. I sat down with a sales person, told him which phone and contract option I wanted and he proceeded to check whether I qualify. Once this was confirmed, I went to the bank to get statements which took more than 30 minutes of waiting in the queue.<br> I returned to the Cell C branch and was then assisted by someone else available at the time. Only then was I informed that they did not have stock of the advertised phone and she proceeded to try and sell me something more expensive. Needless to say, I was at this stage quite unhappy since it was a total waste of my time having to go to the bank and more so for what I feel is total false advertising on the part of Cell C. Why would a branch in a major mall not have stock of an advertised special? Why did the first sales person not bother to tell me there was no stock. At 40 weeks pregnant it is quite evident that I am uncomfortable but she did not bother to see if a phone could be secured from another store, as they had not procured any stock for this special. This is a shocking misrepresentation.
