Shocking service from Cell C call centre
I ordered a iPhone 6s plus. Received the 6s, their mistake but so far it's over 2 weeks and many wasted hours on hold and still not rectified. You call the call centre and are put on hold for up to an hour. Even staff at a Cell C store have no luck as they are also put on hold forever. Absolutely shocking service. Last time I'm renewing via call centre <br> In future I'm blocking all call centre calls <br>
