Shocking service from Cell C

6 weeks ago I received a call from Cell C ***** dept. informing me someone had ****** all my personal info and taken out a contract (I have never had a contract with Cell C). I had to go to the police to get and affidavit stating this and took it to the Blue Route store. The gentleman there was very helpful and sent all my info to the relevant parties at their ***** dept. Other than acknowledgement of my various emails since then, I have not heard another word from Cell C. On the 1st of the month, an amount of R699 was debited from my bank account by Cell C, presumably for the ********** contract. I immediately emailed again (I have reversed the debit order with my bank). I am still to hear back from Cell C. So they initiated a contract without knowing if the person was who they said they were, informed me of this and then - nothing! I have even told them that I have some information regarding where I suspect the crime initiated from but - nothing! I want to say shocking service but unfortunately, I'm actually not shocked, this seems to be the norm.
