Shocking Service from Cell C
Cell C I have been trying for the past month to get my money from you thay you owe me. Each time I call the call Centre, each time I do what you ask. And each time my complaint is duly logged. And yet, each and EVERY TIME, when I query the process, you have yet another excuse. So, since your call centre and branch in Somerset west cannot adequately help me, I am now resorting to public shaming to inform you that your service is shocking! You are quick to ask for money, and you are quick to sell contracts, but when it comes down to customer service, you come in deeply lacking. I guess it's time we all take our business elsewhere! I can understand exactly howvyou got yourselves into the financial mess you're in.
I cannot believe that your consultants actually advised me to rather take my business elsewhere, after being a loyal customer for many years!
Sincerely, a very disappointed customer.

08 Dec 2022, 12:12I fail to understand why I need to send you three months statements when you can see every payment that has been made over the padst few years on your system. First it was one month's statement, then yesterday it changed to six month's and now today you need three months. Typical of the service your clients get from you. You just keep changing your rules on a daily basis just to frustrate your clients. You are sick, very sick!
