Shocking Service from Cell C

I have never received such shocking service. Two months ago I got a call as I was due an upgrade. I upgraded, only to find out a few days later it was not an upgrade but a new contract so I had to cancel the other one and pay for two contracts. I cancelled the new contract immediately as it was false selling. This was in February. After about 10 phone calls, 6 reference numbers the new contact has only now been cancelled yesterday but they tell me I need to pay another debit order because I have to give 30 days notice. Bear in mind I cancelled in February already. My elderly mother has a prepaid number in my name with Cell C. They incorrectly cancelled this number and now we are unable to get it reactivated. I had to get an affidavit, which I did. I got the template off the internet and had it stamped and signed by a legal person. They now tell me it is not correct as I have to go and get the form from the police station. Like really!!!! With Covid I am not going to the police station. I do not want to call this stupid 084 135 number again as it is impossible to speak to anyone who actually wants to help. They get quite rude with you on the phone, and they don't assist. I will NEVER get a product from Cell C again. I just want help to get all of this resolved.
