SHOCKING SERVICE FROM CELL C

I took a contract and cancelled it and requested for a refund of an amount deducted without my knowledge. I called the call centre on the Saturday the 8/08/2015 to be told that a request has been sent to their finance department. I am calling every second day and nobody seem to care!!! The agents are so relaxed, you may even raise your voice, ask for a manager, or threaten \CELL C"and also request for a MANAGER or a SENIOR to call you back but nothing will happen"
