SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!!!!

Cell C your service is an absolute shocker!!!! I have been with you for many years and have not complained. I have paid my bill every month on time. Today I called to downgrade my package. I got put through to 3 different people who all asked me the same questions. I eventually got hold of someone who could barely speak English. She then said she can't see how many sms's and how much air time I get on my current contract! Huh??????? If she can't see then who can????? She said she could only help me with my data. What bull is that?????

I then called back because she didn't understand a word I was saying, only to be told that I didn't pass the security check (that I had already passed twice!!!)!!!! You guys are shocking!!!!!!! What will it take to speak to someone who actually speaks and understands English, and who can see my FULL package I am on and assist me with downgrading, but also telling me what I am downgrading to!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
