Shocking Service - Cell C
Most terrible service experienced. Requested upgrade 2 weeks ago after many attempts, emails calls. Being cut off after 40 min. No updates and response. Never experienced such poor service delivery from anybody. I wonder if they treat all there customers in such a manner, clearly not important to them. Been a paying customer for over 20 years. Shocking service
