Shocking Service

I am a very disappointed long standing Cell C customer. I "recently" took out a new laptop contract with Cell C. Having 2 other contracts and a customer of almost 15 years I had full confidence in doing so. Suffice it to say, this will be the LAST contract I ever take out with Cell C. It started on 22 September when the order was placed and I was told that it would take 7 - 10 working days for delivery. No problem with that, I've know Cell C to deliver within a few days. On Monday 3rd October, day 8, I phone customer care as I have had no correspondence regarding my contract or delivery. Only to be told that the order was started but never submitted. So now it would be another 3 - 5 working days for delivery. Happy days, I get a message early morning on Friday 7th October, my laptop is out for delivery. Fortunately, the courier company phoned to confirm the address, because Cell C had supp**** my home address when I had specifically asked for it to be delivered to my work address. I stop the delivery, phone Cell C and ask them to change the address to my work address as originally specified. I'm assured it's done and the delivery will still take place on Friday. Friday evening I get a message that delivery had been attempted but failed. This morning I phone Cell C AGAIN to find out which address is being used and it is STILL my home address. I am given the tracking number and courier company name and told to phone and sort it out myself. Which I have now done and am told that delivery will take place tomorrow. I now have 3 contracts, 2 of which are on a month to month, with Cell C, but none of them will be renewed. I will be changing the 2 month to month contracts to a different subscriber and the 3rd contract will be switched when it comes up for renewal.
