Shocking service as usual by CellC

I tried to cancell my contract by calling the CellC contact centre. One of the security questions was about debit order bank details, that I have not been using for the past 5 years. I did not remember which bank I used, I had accounts at more than one bank. Now they tell me that they cannot cancell my account. Absolute shocking service by cellc
