Shocking service and network delivery by Cell C!

I currently work in the Standard building on the 17th floor in the CBD of Cape Town. Fortunately I have a work phone which I can use for work related calls.<br> <br> But our Cell C reception on the other hand is absolutely shocking in our building! It's not just bad reception, but sometimes no reception at all! What use is my phone to me if I can't even get a normal reception and then we are not even yet talking a data reception. I can't make any calls or receive any calls.<br> <br> And what makes this situation even worse is that about 2 weeks ago we had a Cell C technician come to our building and asses the situation. He then said we could possible get a booster in the building. so we app**** and just firmly got shot down. <br> <br> What use is it I have a phone if I can't receive any calls? What if one of my friends or family members are in an emergency and try to contact me?<br> <br> Vodacom and MTN get good signals in our building, but somehow not Cell C. If this situation is not fixed within the next month, at the end of Feb Cell C will lose a client and I will move to another service provider. I have always been a big supporter of Cell C, but this is **** poor service delivery. **** poor.
