Shocking Service
I posted my dissatisfaction a few weeks ago regarding my issues with CellC...guess what....NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO DATE. No feedback to confirm as to when my refund will be processed, nothing. Please think twice before you use this horrid company. I really cannot believe the behaviour of this company. I gave it a 1 star rating but believe me it is not worth a zero. They have absolutely no sense of Customer Service. So, I have reached the end of my tether...I am now going to lay report to the Ombudsman and maybe then something would happen. I have been given the run around from May 2023. 4 months later and no conclusion in sight. I really do hope that the management of this company reads my review of their company. Absolutely no care in the world for the customer.
