Shocking service

General complaint and so happy I am not currently with cell c (after the experience with my older brother I won't consider c cell ever). The service today was absolutely shocking and I believe it's like this every weekend. If cell c would like to increase margin and compete with other phone companies they better start with customer service. It took one lady about 1 hour to be helped. There was 4 ppl on the floor but no one was available to assist with general queries. At least one or two ppl were in the back constantly. It took the lady who helped us approximately 10 minutes to scan my brothers ID book. Wow! Just assisting from an outside perspective but definitely won't want to be apart of Cell C. Branch is Greenstone Mall.
