Shocking Service

Cell C used to be one of the best network providers but honestly I have am flabbergasted with their of service...I missed a payment on the 25th March 2024 and I called one of the agent to make payment arrangements and they kept saying their have logged a call with one of the collections department agent to call me in 48 days, I waited and I never received any call to make arrangements. I called again after the 48 days and told me the same thing since I'm not on contract and I canceled my services after 24 months they haven't been very helpful. I then checked on my credit report to see if I was not handed over and to my surprise Cell C handed over my account to Shapiro and Associates and it was only 30 days in arrears and I have attempted to get assistance to make payment arrangements and they failed to do so until they decided to do their *****ulent activities to hand my account over before reaching that 90 days. You guys really ****ed me off and now my name is tarnished because of your *********** collections department. I will never ever take a contract with you guys and I will never recommend anyone.
