Shocking service-

I have been trying to cancel my month to month SIM card only since February this year, have been pushed from pillar to post. Cell c takes no action and tells me to contact h/o to which I get no response. I am overseas so difficult to keep calling. In fact cell c told me the only way to get a response is to post on hello peter.
