Cell C promised to call me Ten days ago to sort out a problem that was caused by one of their employees and its the 12th day and no one has called me but come end of the month you guys will just debit my account and leave me to suffer. I think this is bullying at its best by a big company to a small nobody. The complaint was about wrong banking details being put on my contract by a Cell C agent and now I'm left to suffer because comes month end uyou will deduct from my account and leave me with a bad credit score because of the useless people you employ.
