SHOCKING SERVICE

Let's start with the FIRST COMPLAINT!! In December 2016 we took the Cell C, huewei Wi-Fi unit package for R999 pm!! From the get go the data did not work? We complanained repeatedly, for months and NOTHING was done.

They continued however even with proof of statements that we were not using data to charge us every month!! After giving up in our continuous efforts we returned the unit in December 2017 we have heard NOTHING!! What about the R12 000 we paid for NO SERVICE? THAT'S THEFT CELL C!!!

SECOND COMPLAINT

I have two cellphones on PINNACLE, with 20 gigs each per month! When we moved to Mookgopong 1st January 2018 we suddenly had a problem with our network coverage? We could not even make phone calls? We were then advised by numerous consultants at CELL C to switch to data roaming and the VODACOM TOWER as CELL C does not have coverage in Mookgopong. Within 7 days both mine and my wife's cells used all 20 gigs!!!

Bearing in mind, before we moved to town we would have between 12-15 gigs each left at the end of each month to now having to purchase more to get us through the month?? If you are considering a cell c contract DON'T deal with Cell c!!

NOBODY is solving this issue for us? It's just numerous calls and none of the above issues are being solved, the only feedback we got back was a statement showing data usage which increased significantly on Data roaming as per CELL C's instructions so that we could at least make phone calls !! The rest of it doesnt even make sense to us and NO explanation was provided!!We are on the highest paid package on Cell C and we work hard to afford this package AND NOBODY gives a damn? Below I have copied how quickly the data goes down on only 1 phone in 6 days, no youtube, playstore no nothing, all restricted on our phones with NO background apps!! Also the date seems to remain on 28/02/2018?
