Shocking service

Good morning, Cell C.

So it appears I’ll be without internet for the entire weekend. Absolutely unacceptable.

Yes, I was late with payment — and yes, I paid as soon as I could. Despite that, after 15 days, you cut me off with zero consideration, zero flexibility, and zero concern for the customer. The result? No connectivity for most of the weekend.

This is not “policy.” This is lazy service, poor judgment, and a blatant misuse of power over customers who have no real-time recourse.

Let me be very clear: As a customer, I respond in ways that matter — with my wallet and with my voice. And this experience will be shared, remembered, and repeated.

Companies don’t fail because of competition. They fail because of arrogance, bad service, and contempt for customers.

That’s not good enough! Giving me a holding response does not activate my service! My account has been in good standing and you cut it off anyway! Ineffective process excuses is not acceptable!!

With all the apologies and promises that this will
Be resolved and that it has been escalated we are now at 48 hours and yet there is still no service!

Their 24-48 hours claims are as unreliable as their service!

To anyone that reads this, really think long and hard before using CellC as their fibre provider.. that are useless beyond words!

Looking at their financials, I can see why they are so close to bankruptcy! Customers are leaving because of their absolute disregard of service and incompetence!

I will be changing providers as soon as possible!

It is again afternoon and I still do not have any connectivity. We are pushing 80hours now and no-one is calling me back!

Now its supposedly with aftersales Support and I am not allowed to speak to anyone there as they are too important for us mere mortals!

This is absolutely ubsurt and i cannot think how you are still in business. I have spent more on mobile data this past 4 days than what your service cost, but there is no accountability or action.

You say you have execrated! where To? file 13 i suppose!

Please DO NOT even consider Cell C as a viable service provider for anything. They are as useless as they come! and will drag out doing their jobs if you complain online!
