Shocking Service

Hi,

I have two contracts with Cell C, but I feel that I should cancel them as the customer service is terrible.

I called customer care this morning to get a copy of my contract and the told me that they don't have it and I must call the branch where I got the contracts. I then call the Woodmead and spoke to Lethabo at approx. 9 am and she said that she would send it via email, I called a second time at approx. 12, and again I was promised they would send it shortly. I called again for a THIRD TIME, now Lethabo says she is very busy and she will send it. This clearly means that my business is not valuable to Cell C, because I already have a contract with you, this is disgusting service, I was actually going to the store to get another contract, but luckily I went to your opposition instead after such a SHOCKING EXPERIENCE.
