Shocking Response and empty rpomises

I went the store in question to enquire about a transfer / buy out of an existing contract from a different provider.<br> I was explained how it works.<br> I in return explained my situation and reason for transferring to Cell C.<br> I was promised that there will be no problems.<br> The phone as ordered, all documents required handed in and approved.<br> So far So good.<br> Then:<br> the number cannot be transferred for whatever stupid reason.<br> I stressed the point that I made it very clear as to the current situation. I was ensured that this is all acceptable.<br> What annoys me in this matter accept what I just referred to:<br> The store manager avoids me. I left 4 messages. My call was never returned. She is always in the bath room.<br> Tyronne out on lunch.<br> I must always call. They just don't respond!<br> I need somebody with authority to please assist me as the number for a regional manager is being refused to be given to me!
